Haha come on guys, hes proud of himself for gettin that ez out to work.

 

the shifter plate is a piece of removal plastic or wood taht is teh area aroudn the sifter. I dont have that, its a one piece console from the aroudn the radio up to around the shift boot. Its all one piece. In prder to reach the screws taht connect to the rails i had to remove that console. And to do that u have to remove the one with the arm rest.
