Default B5 sport suspension??

I have a B5 2.8 quattro, and Im looking to lower it. Its the sport model so it already sits lower. I checked out the neuspeed springs and they are supposed to lower it 1.25" is that from normal A4 height or the sport height?

I believe thats from normal height. I have a 00 a4 and it came with the same set up as yours. I replaced my springs with the "sport springs" and didn't notice much of a difference. If you are going for the look and dont care about the roughness of the ride then go with their race springs. Just keep in mind, that you will need a camber kit esp. after you replace the springs.

alot of people on here are running lowered suspensions, and almost all of them will say that you do not need a camber kit. A little bit of negative camber (what you will get by dropping your car) is actually better for handling. if you do an aggressive drop of more than 3 inches from stock ride height it would be necessary though

also those specs are from the stock ride height of a non sport car.

i believe from previous post that you take off 3/4" from what they say it will drop your car. ex.....2" drop will really be 1.25"
i would recommend geting shocks cause your stock ones wont last long

you could also either go the coilover route, or get the grooved shocks from bilstein, they are slightly adjustable.
