What is the damage to the engine?

 

yea its true, it can be repaced... um from what i heard the timings fucked and i guess there was some internal damage since the radiator got slammed into the belt, im sure it threw something off

 

Yeah I would see if you can get it totalled if you have that coverage on your insurance. A frame damaged car will NEVER be the same. I drove my fiance's dads car many times and then it got $2 shy of totalling it (it really was that freaking close), after they fixed the car it looked ok. But when you got up close you could see things just didnt line up, it drove like ***, and every time you opend the drivers door it grinded with the front panel. These guys are good body shop guys but only so much can be done. Just write it off and grab the mods you can and walk away to a new a4.

 

Thats bad to happen... But you are safe and ready to build it again. I would actually love to do it IF I knew how to..
