Bad Turbo Or What?

OK...i get a new hose today, and while im out getting that i will take the negative cable...

I also just replaced my stock N75 valve with I think a N75j valve.....im not for sure....its brown and my buddy gave it to me..

That shouldn't affect it (at least not enough to make it run at 2 psi) unless your ecu is messed up.

I just got it back from giac.....the reason i sent it is because i thought the car was just big and heavy(didnt know that it wasnt boosting until i got it back and put the boost gauge in...

I would almost be willing to bet money on the DV vac line. I had what sounds like the exact same problem as you. The vac line was the problem.

OK.....i just changed the dv valve the other day, so i will go pull it off today.....it is the one that goes to the vac side of the dv valve to the front of the motor(intake manifold..)?

When i was taking off my dv vac line there was a little bit of oil around it.....is that bad??

The vac line from the dv goes up and in front of the valve/timing belt cover and underneath the intake manifold and connects to a T fitting right by the oil dipstick, its not the vac line on the very front/top of the intake mani. Sorta hard to slide the vac line from the dv into the t fitting, i used rolled up index cards taped together to feed the line through/under the intake mani onto the T fitting by the dipstick.
