Default Best turbo for the money?

Hey guys, I'm trading my 99 a4 2.8 in on an 02 a4 1.8t 5 speed, whats the best turbo upgrade I could do for the right money? Thanks.

5000 gets you a t88h... it should spool up around 12000 rpm... unless you juice it up.
