I'm deff interested to hear how it works out. The reason I'm so interested in this thread is because I'm so close to doing the same as you, but I would fvckn die if I fcvkd my tranny. That is sooooooooo expensive. Not sure if I wanna risk it.

many people have a k04 on tip transmissions and are trouble free

 

97k. I've read about a couple ppl on the zine who had problems w/ their tranny startin to slip. Regardless I'll be gettin the tip chip soon. Plus its so hot down here in AZ in the summer its constant heatsoke. I can hardly tell I'm chipped during the day.

It was 113 degrees today.

 

They make a tip chip for the B6??
