Boost Logs/Boost leak tester pics UPDATES
When graphed, you are siginificantly under requested boost during in what looks like 4th gear of your first run and slightly under requested boost for the rest of that run. On your second run you are over requested boost formost of the log.
To make a graph in excel, cut and paste your data into excel. Click on the insert menu and select chart. Select the "line" for chart type and select the left most option foron the first or second row (you will see a pink and blue line which interesect about half acroos the chart). Click next and thenselect (click the upper left most datacell and drag to the lower right cell)your actual and requested boost readings. Then click the series tab at the top of the chart window. Look at the bottom of the chart window you will see "Category (x) axis labels:" click inside the white box and select the rpm data (click and drag). Click the finish button and you should seea graph of your actual vs. requested boost over the rpm range.
Your log looks pretty normal. You will neverget actual and requested to match perfectly. Some under boost and over boost is normal. Try logging the MAF readings, O2 readings and boost readings together and posting them. We may be able to see what is going on with all the data presented together.

Looks to me like you have overboost when turbo is in its best operating range, between 3000-5000, then actual starts to drop of in the higher rpms as your turbo becomes less efficient.
Did you ever log anything before with the other race valve, just to compare? Id say it looks pretty normal, your just hitting the limits of the old stock K03.

Thanks for the info... No, I never logged boost with the race valve because I never had any obvious issues with it like I did with the stock n75. Everything seems great though driveability wise now. Boost comes on stronger and full boost is reached much sooner, yet it is still smooth. Im just glad its not going into limp mode anymore. Here is a pic.. Sort of stealthy and easy access:
