brake question?

Its diagnally split (spelling?) Two lines come into the ABS block where four lines to the brakes come out. The left front and right rear are on the same block, and the right front and left rear are on the same block. The ABS blockdivides the pressure to a 70/30 split kinda like a proportioning valve does. If that makes any sense to anyone. Some audi's are different though.
Some are split front and rear like cincy says, but that is dangerous, if you lose the front brake line then you have to depend on the rears only which won't be enough. Audi hasn't used that set up since the 80's

Yeah, what auditech79 said. I wasn't exactlysure how Audi was dividing the master cylinder output at the ABS, so thanks for that nugget of info. I wasjust trying to help clarify the dialog.
