Default brakes and fluid lights on instrument panel

As Rod Sterling said; "Submitted for your consideration." I have the two trouble lights, brakes and brake fluid, which show up on the dashboard, that are now constantly on, plus on start up I get the beeping that there is a problem. Problem is, there is no problem with either system. I go to the dealer and they can't figure out how to tell the computer "no problem, turn off the warning lights and sounds". They suggest replacing the abs module (computer/valves, etc)box drivers side front in the engine compartment. As you might expect, the bill for that is not small, so I am wondering "HOW THE H--- DO I FIX IT???" Thanks for all responses...jvb
