There is some knid of white/brown gunk with some water in my breather hose. Any idea's where that's from? Is that normal?

 

Its from water in the crankcase. You may have a pcv valve problem or you may just take to many short trips. If you dont get the engine up to operating temp for longer periods of time water can accumulate in the crankcase and cause that milky buildup. Slight amounts of that buildup is normal, especialy in areas that generally have a higher humidity. If the whole pipe is pluged with it you have a problem.
