Good day guys I have a 1997 Audi a4 that I'm trying to find the Vin number for any ideas on where it is?? I'm lost n trying to buy a new engine for it

 

VIN plates can be found on multiple places on the car. driver's side under the windshield just above the firewall. passenger or driver door on the manufacturer's plate (sometimes on the door itself, sometimes on the door sill). on the spec plate in the trunk next to the spare tire well....
