Default Car beeps at 30 mph

My car has started to beep after i hit 30 mph. Today i found a bunch of water (i think i kno it wasnt oil or antifreeze) under my car. I had to get to work so i just drove there and buy the time i got home it was all dried up. BUt i dont know why my car is beeping and my computer dispaly is the dash doesnt work so i can see what the symbol is. What do i do? (this is why im thinking of the s4 this crap happens every 2 weeks or so.)

The water could be condensation dripping off your A/C compressor (and then off the bellypan if you still have it). This tends to happen to me on humid days. The beeping could be the speed warning on the trip computer. Did you accidentally press the left **** on the gauge cluster either standing still or driving? I don't remember how it works but I know I turned it on once by accident. If you think that's it I can find it in my owners manual or just search it.

I will definitely it's a trip computer warning.

On my B7, there is 1 temporary speed warning set and 1 permanent warning. I think the permanent warning is set at 25-30mph. I've set mine at 80 so it beeps when I get to like 84mph.

it was the speed notification so i just hit some buttons and it turned off. I dont know what the water was from (i have no belly pan) but this was teh most i have seen drip off. It was alot for the a/c but now its cold out and dark i can see my display and it gives me the washer fluid warning. It may be a cowincdense or that was what dripped out.

The water, if it is not antifreeze, is condensation from the air conditioning. The hose from the interior drip pan is clogged and condensation can't get out. Put the car on Jack stands, find the drip hose, and push a stiff 4 foot piece of wire up the drip hose. You will be rewarded by two gallons of water pouring on your face and the problem will be solved.

its probably your speed checker that audi has. It lets you know when your going over the set speed (like 30mph) and it makes a beep.
