cd player

This is my first Audi,so Im still learning all the controls,but does the CD player "random" setting play randomly from just 1 disc at a time..?..or from all 6 disc.?.

One CD at a time for my 2000. I'm not sure if that's true for a B6 though. Congrats on the new ride.
