well a vacume hose came off today or yesterday and i just noticed my boost was only hittin about 6psi instead of 15 like norm (apr chip installed) so it popped out a check engine light.....i put the hose back on and it ran 15psi again........so my question is if i reset the ecu will it mess the 93 octane program up or no??????

 

just get a code scanner and clear the codes, you can buy a cheaper one that can read and erase the codes at autozone for $50-60. or find somebody with a vag and have them clear it.

 

i have a friend with a general reader just didn't know if it would mess with the programed chip
