does anyone know the horsepower i could get out of a 2003 a4 3.0 quattro chipped?

 

10 to 15 over stock.. not too much more.

 

The non turbo audi's dont get as great of HP gaines when chipped. Still some but not a lot

 

so would i get more max hp out of a 1.8 chipped or the 3.0???

 

Chipped 1.8T gives about 210 hp

 

chipping a 3.0 is pretty much useless ..

put the cash towards another mod , like wheels , or suspension

I have the same car, you can put the supercharger intake and chip but that's about it, you can get a lot more power out of the 1.8 and I mean a lot more, but like dave666 said do the wheels, coilovers, swaybars and your car will handle even better than it does know.
