Can someone explain why chipping the a4s are such more beneficial than to any other cars?
Are stock ecus so restrictive?

i think hes just sayin A4 as a plural u kno A4(s)
and yes the Stock ECU is very restrictive, stock u only use about 5-10psi and a chip will up it to about 16psi or so

the chip will increase boost and remap the fuel to gain more power

what year is ur car
look at APR, GIAC and maybe REVO

he ment a4's. they make lots more power becuse stock ecu is restrictive and the new ones up the boost, add fuel, and change timing= more power

yea i have a 98' 1.8TQ
does the new chip stress the engine?

The chip isn’t going to hurt the engine at all, its made specifically to let the engine run its best and put out the most power with out compromising its longevity
