From that, I don't think it is anything to do with your ABS, cus pulses stay contant speed regardless of vehicle speed.

To put a happy end to the story: I got new rotors and the problem was solved.

Wierd that just your rear right rotor would warp though... the caliper sometimes seizes and causes the rotor to warp... but yeah. Good news that it's fixed!
