i have 99k miles on my a4 and this will be the first time the clutch will be changed in my audi. i just want to know what parts i need to change and is it possibly a DIY.

which one of these are good becuase they are cheap.

first they are both the same clutch kits so the cheaper is obviously the best,

yes its a DIY if you feel competent and are mechanically minded,

you require the full kit which includes pressure plate-clutch plate and thrust bearing which are included in both of those kits

i am not really mechinacally minded but if there is someone that posted a DIY somewhere maybe i can follow it and tell some friends that know a little more than me to help me out. How much would a job like this usally cost at a shop becuase i was quoted 400 for a parts and 700 for 8 hours of labor.
