Default Clutch Job

Ok so my clutch pedal is on the floor... I figured out the slave cylinder was the culprit. Being the exploratory person I am I decided that since I have 79k on the car Maybe I should change the clutch pressure place and t/o bearing while I am at it. Got all the parts from ECS, they really are great. Not that bad of a job took me all of about 8 hours with taking the tranny all the way out. If anyone needs any pointers I might be able to help, but it is pretty much a straight forward job. Now here is my question should I change the fluids in the trans and rear, if so what fluid does it take? Thanks for the help. Also one other thing since I did the job now i have a rotational noise coming from what sounds like the r/r wheel only when braking. Noise increases with speed. But I did not touch the rear of the car. I did let it sit for a few weeks before i got the parts and the time to do it any ideas?

Jest the exaust bolts i had to let soak for a while... and getting the axles out i had to but a new extension with the hex head but other than that not to bad.. time consuming.

I just started ripping it apart as I went. first i dropped the exaust and drive shaft, and just went from there... the hardest part was bleeding the slave when i put it together took forever to get the pedal to get pressure. I bleed it for an hour at least. But i did have a lift and and a trans jack, w/o it is crazy to do yourself
