Default Clutch Problem

Ok, well I glazed?? the Shieat out of my clutch Yesterday. STupid Me(Only excuse, first manual car, only had it for 2 months, BIG hill)
But anywho, I've read that if i drive it gently it might come back. So far a day later it can drive but I definately know that its not holding the power in first and somewhat in 2nd.

Well my question is this:

Which clutch should i replace it with and also should I change teh Fly Wheel??

Some things to consider are that I have a K-04 right now, But If all works out I will be going to a BT within the next year.

Is it possible to get a clutch that will be able to handle a BT now and still use it with only the k-04 i currently have??
Just wanted to know because it would be a waste of money to have to buy 2 clutches within the next year.

Edit: Also, I know a DIY clutch is Long, but I'm planning to do this along with the help of My Dad(at home mechanic) and my friend(1 year at UTI) so I dont have to worry about the labor part.

Default RE: Clutch Problem

i would get a spec clutch/light weight fly wheel. depending on how much hp/tq u are going for. i would get the stg3 if not stg3+. it is an amazing clutch. havent had any problems with it and it dosent slip. some people will tell u not get get a light weight fly wheel becasue it is more difficult to launch but i havent had any difficulty. also with the lighter fly wheel u might get some chatter but its not that bad just every once and a while over all its a good set up and i would recomend it
