Codes.
Ok, i found one, the sensor thats connected to the block. Hopefully thats the bank 2, becasue thats my specific problem, and i now know where the plugs are just by the coolant reservoir. My question is, do i have to clean both the end on the block and the plug or what? And what can i use to clean it? gas? rubbing alcohol?
Electrical contact cleaner works well also.
Clean both parts, so you have a good connection.

That does really help, thanks. But do you know if that code is cleared, that it could potentially fix my backfires, misfires and unsmooth rpm rev range while accelerating?
You did not ask about these things in your post. You only asked about the knock sensor code.
If you're getting misfires, there should be more codes. Fixing this problem will only eliminate the knock sensor code. It wont fix the other problems, unless they are the direct result of a bad knock sensor. It could be related, because the knock sensor causes the engine to adjust the timing to try and eliminate the knocking. So, it could cause you some issues like you mentioned.
Another thing you could try, since you mention unstable idle/ acceleration, is to clean out your Throttle body with some carb cleaner.
Also, do a TB alignment by turning the key to the on position and leaving it there without starting the car for about 60-90 seconds.
Good luck.
