New details already... I got a paper towel and reached under and dabbed some up. It is thick and sticky, colorless, and from what i could smell, odorless. Its slighty more twords the drivers right side of the car aswell.

 

It might be your flex pipe it could be cracked. I know since both mine have broken it smells of gas A lot more, well exhuast fumes. And are you sure that the "clutch feelinng heavier" is not in your head. Because some times i feel like my clutch is slipping and getting lighter but then i realize its all in my head.

 

I'm not sure if it is... I didnt press it very far to find out. I'm probably going to get it checked out by a place that specializes in euro cars. I just got this car and im getting worried about the reliability...

 

If it's mostly clear liquid from the driver's side, it's probably power steering fluid. It's basically Pentosin CHF 7.1 mineral oil. If that's what it is, then you have a leaky rack, bc the lines are on the drivers side and the exhuast/flexpipe is on the passenger side, so my guess is the steering rack could be leaking onto the flexpipe. Check your PS fluid level (driver's side - white resevoir with green cap, behind the headlight). If its low or empty, that could be your problem right there.

 

I just got it back from this german specialty place and he said that it was condensation from leaving on the defrost or something. Now my oil temp guage is broken...(not from them)
