Just woundering cause i just had a customer ask me about it and i never though of it before does anyone have or been in a chipped cvt A4 just woundering how the performance gain is on that

 

if it has the 1.8T it should be the same amount of power added with a chip and should be within safe limits for the CVT

 

There was some talk a few months ago on this very subject. There is a lower torque limit for the CVT, but the chips should not exceed the limit. There aren't many folks with the CVT that are performance minded drivers, so that's probably why there isn't much feedback on that mod for the CVT.
