to have it ported and polished and have the compressor wheel clipped it should run you around 350 at a decent machine shop. with the clipped compressor wheel it will spool much faster and since the turbine would be able to spin faster you could get 3-4 more psi out of it.

That pretty much would be the same thing as a k04 but cheaper, the k04 is the same in size as the k03 just a bigger compressor wheel, am i right?

Yes the K04 is the same as the K03 but the K04 has a 5mm larger compressor side. Exhaust side is the same.

"Clipping" is a process where material is removed from the exhaust turbine. This reduces the fin area exposed to the exhaust flow, so turbo lag will increase slightly. But at high rpms, a full turbine wheel will actually choke off exhaust flow, so clipping can dramatically improve high-rpm horsepower.
