today I was draining some of the oil because the previous owner put way too much and I notice the little 1/4 or smaller hose disconnected from the dv valve or blow off valve whatever its called, What does that mean is that why I never heard the car make that whisp noise, was I losing power from it not being connected?????? also I want buy the dv valve but do they make that loud whisp noise if not where can I get one

 

Thats your boost pressure, does it run back up the the manifold? if so thats it.
