So I guess the only thing that fits is the DVSFiT on the B7, and doesn't make any difference this mod?? Also if you don't drive a B7 how would u know? But obviously yes a air intake does add to the amount of noise produced.

 

I got Bosch 710N from the guy in Ebay. After I jack my car and take a plastic cover under
the engine out I can't find DV. Whould you tell me where is it?
I like to do by myself because its so fun.

Ummm Alex dont wanna kill your day but they did just say that it will not fit on your car.... so I think your going to have to post in the for sale section since its not going to work for your car. As for the location I dont know where it may be on the B7 but for the B6 it was under the passanger side light bottom area.

 

Although we look different on the outside, we share the same heart. Except your heart is rotated 90 degrees counter clockwise.

 

What is a C valve and B valve on B7?

 

Its the last letter on the DV part # thats stamped on the DV. IE. The part number for the B valve is "06F 145 710 B" and the part # for the C valve is "06F 145 710 C"

 

the b valve is the stock dv that came on it and the c valve is somewhat of an upgrade. its basically the same just made out of better materials
