No lights ( high and low beam ),wipers,temp fan,horn...
Checked fuses for above itemsand no power on either side.

Fuseable link or relay ???????

 

the problem is your HEADLIGHT SWITCH.....dont bother testing anything else. I just went through that problem.
Theres a write up on how to take it apart and clean which I think is buIIshIt because the plastic piece melts. How can you clean melted plastic?

 

Take apart the swich at the steering wheel area?

 

Ummm, what year is your A4? Is there any fault codes in the ECM?

 

1998 A4 1.8T Quattro . I haven't checked the codes yet.
