explain this
ok so ive been having problems with my boost it wouldnt go past 4. somepeople said it was limp mode. i got the codes read it said dirty maf. that was just because one of my intake pipes fell off. still no more than 4 psi. 4 some reason i just though to chance the n75 race valve that i had just put on about 2 weeks ago back to the stock valve. after i did that my car was back to normal aournd 16 psi. if my n75 was faulty wouldnt it throw a code?
it might throw a code depending on the problem. You could also have a weak DV and it just can hold boost...I had a car come it the shop the other day with kinda the same problem and the hose to the fuel pressure regulator was cracked so I guess you could check that too
can anyone else explain this. and what should i do with the n75 race valve i bought from ecs. i liked it because it made my boost around 18 were i should be and spike less. should i try maybe mbc either with or without the n75?
i would look into a "boostvalve"
it works like a mbc but smooths out spikes better
run it without the n75 race
you should be good.. and if that dosent work try to run it set at 17psi..
