finally building the audi, really building it.

so for 450awhp i'm thinking about:
big gt series (3076r?) bigger? It can make that on race gas and a good build.
034 standalone If you can install it, do it. Think the IIc is what most use. But you should look at others Like SM4 and Haltech
injectors and fuel pump You will need atleast 750cc injectors, but 870cc would lower the duty cycle. A bosch 044 inline pump will flow enough for your needs
front mount, (what size piping?) 2.75"? 3"? (how much cfm?) 2.5" to ic, 2.75" to the TB is large enough.
different exhaust manifold (mine wont bolt up to new turbo right?) Yes, either go fullrace or 034.
rods (what else needs to be replaced on the bottom end?) All you will basically need is scat rods unless you want to lower compression and/or increase the bore.
all seals should probably be replaced at my mileage im assuming. i have over 150,000 Wouldnt hurt to overhaul the block. Going back to the last post, it will cost ~$500 to clean and bore the block. New pistons are another $600 give or take. You can get a2L crank for $100-250 and have a 2008cc motor with 83mm pistons. With the 83mm pistons alone your right at 1.9L

i understand that you want to spool early, but thats not always the fastest or most powerful setup. having the boost come on early means your powerband will come on earlier, but it will also die earlier. the faster the engine is spinning the more power your making. so being able to take it up to 8k would make it alot faster but spool slightly later. i would suggest building the head and getting an equal length tubular manifold from fullrace or 034. that will make the 3076r breath real nice and hit those numbers your looking for. if your gonna bore it out, you might wana look into a 3582r, which would put you well above your power goals
