i got the apr chip with 91 octane boy does it feel gooood. hah now i can feel the difference when the turbo actually kicks in b4 i couldn't really tell. im non dbw and i heard about the cruise control stalk. i heard thats only for dbw cars. does anyone know how to put the setting to stock with non dbw?

 

how many programs did you get. becuase you have to pay to get stock back. and then pay for all the other programs

 

non dbw .. if you want to go back to stock they will have to put the stock chip back in.. atleast thats the case in my GIAC .. i believe

 

well dosent apr have that thing where you hold the click the set button when the curse controle is off and it will flash the CEL a certian number of times indicating what program you have selected?

 

ya i think so.. i erased all that from my brain thought cuz i went GIAC

YesI had two profiles when I had my APR chip and was a nondbw. Since we cant use the stalk method like the dbw people a wire from the chip itself has to be run out of the ECU box and to an accesable place with a switch/button on the end. They place that did mine had it installed right next to my hood release. I would press the button once when the car was on but not turned over for stock and twice for my 91 oct profile. I did pay for the extra stock profile so unless you paid for it I douby you got it.
