How did you come to that conclusion? Have you taken/seen vag logs of Intake Air Temps to back that up? You don't absolutely "need" it but it's the smart thing to do since our single stock side mounts are very inadequate for power over stock levels.

I bought a fmic already. forge installed already to.Yes you need a fmic with a ko4 with the pc-16 file(giac)

Just peice it together get an intercooler for like 3-4 and i've seen piping kits for around 2

yeah pc16/j31 and the new FXko4"hammer file" for the 01's you need a FMIC.

for the regular ko4 software that produces the 235hp or whatever it is, you dont need a FMIC
