Fuel in Engine Oil
Are you talking about the elbow under the intake manifold? That is directly connected to the crankcase or right above the oil level in the pan which is why there has to be a plug there, then the breather goes where the pcv vavle was.
Oh that just re-directs the positive pressure from the crankcase back into the valve cover and intake to be burned off again. Plugging that would build up too much pressure in the crankcase and would either cause a leak or make the fuel in oil/vice versa.
Thanks a lot man. I'll do a nice NAPA parts job tomorrow and fix this problem for $10 or less instead of buying all the stuff from delaer and spend like $60 or more.
I wonder does it going to fix my fuel/oil issue or not.
Last week when I was fixing my a/c i found oil in the intake mani. i think it was coming from this breater.

With the stock equipment pcv system oil in the intake is gonna be normal even with an oil catch can.
The catch can just helps, it doesn't eliminate all the oil getting into the intake.

Glad to hear you found a/the problem! Sorry I havent been on much the past few days. I fucked up my neck muscle and have been in limp mode lately. If you still want help for anything let me know.
I tought you are out of town or something as usuall
I'll take care the breater hose and oil catch can relocation, hopefully car should be back to normal. Hope MAG has the part I need.
