um... you can't prove that he is lying... what if he really was? Don't act like you know everything... I might be a semi-noob to audiforums, but still you're probably more of a noob than me in many other different things... people have their own high's and lows.... I just got an 04 A4 with 40,000 and in the city driving i average 23-24 not exceeding 40mph. Fuel economy is more than just having a leadfoot. To maximize economy you must minimize weight, minimize stops, etc......Basically it comes down to hitting lights perfect and junk like that in the city. If you really want to be a penny pincher that is.

 

Since this is still near the top..... last tank avg was 30.9 and I ran the air conditioner ALOT. As I figured something is about to fail, looks like it's going to be the starter motor.... I hear a like squelch each time I start the car now.
