CAR ALARM
A friend of mine is having a problem with his alarm, please help....
I left my lights on in copper over night and when I went to unlock my car with the remote it didn’t work. Turns out the battery was dead, so I charged the battery all the way and tried to use my remote key again but it still is not working. Not only that my alarm seems to go off every time I open the door or start my car or anything like that. So I basically cant drive my car without the alarm going off the entire time as I drive down the road. How do I fix this?

If it is factory Audi it should disarm when you unlock the door with the key, so I'm betting it's not factory. In that case he needs to find out what kind of alarm it is, then read the owner's manual for it and see if it has a valet mode. Typically there is a switch of some sort that needs to be "flipped" or "pressed" while the ignition is turned on. Valet mode will allow him to either completly disarm the system or at least give him time to get in each time turn the key on and press the button to disarm it.
The description of the problem is still to vague to help out much more than that. It's like saying "my car is broke, how much is it going to cost to fix it?"
