remove fuel line from the tank and put power to the pump from the battery ( ignition on wont work ) or you could short the fuel pump relay to make the pump go on continuous

My brother siphoned a car i was sending to the junkyard. He couldn't use the filler tube so he drilled a hole in the top of the tank and siphoned it that way.

A little FYI: If its a Suzuki Samurai the bottom of the gas tank actually has a drain. There are some (very few) cars out there that do!
