Alright i dont know what to do but it is driving me crazy. my gas meter in the cluster has a mind of its own. it takes for ever for it to go all the way full after i fill my car. in the morning i will start it and it will be at 3/4ths then ill drive to school and it will be full. then i go to lunch and come out and its back to 3/4ths. today i drove to work and was at 1/4 tank. after work the light came on with the beep and picture so i went to fill it. it only took 11.5 gallons. which means i still had 5 gallons in the tank. anyone have this problem or know what i can do? thanks.

 

It sounds like a bad sender, it will probably require being replaced.

 

how much would that cost to replace?
