Gettin Chipped Question

Default Gettin Chipped Question

hi im goin to get a chip soon and i wanted to know the process goinin into it. Do i send my ecu into them and they solder the chip into it or they hook it up to something ?

ya since u have the B5 (1996-2001) you have to get your chipped sodered in
you can either mail the ECU in or if your close to a dealer you can either bring your ECU there or maybe bring your car there

Just bring your car to them, and they will do it. They will charge you some labor though. Prolly like $50.
