put some glue on the tires.

 

shocks, struts, orcoilovers(adjustable), sway bars, strut towers, transmission brace, rear ties, camber kit, roll cage. camber and toe have a huge effect on your handling characteristics. hope that helps oh and some softer compound tires.

 

rolll cage improves handling ? really ?

I thought it improved likleyhood of living after rolling the car. with the negative effect beign extra weight.

 

A properly designed and installed roll cage will stiffen the chassis, allowing the suspension to work more efficiently. This could improve lap times on an othewise optimized car. If the car is twisting, the suspension cant do it's job properly.
