I won't argue, but I will point out that it specifically has the word "Euro" in it. which does nothing to help your argument. I stand by my statement that a tuner can be car from any country, and a ricer can be a car from any country.

 

The word ricer comes to my mind when I see people with unpainted body kits, huge spoiler, and very loud muffler that they got from ebay. I don't think it matters where the car is from (Euro, Japanese, or domestic) as long as I get the feeling of "I wanna race this rice rocket and show 'em up".
I used to own an old school EF Honda Civic. Engine swapped (B16) , T-28 turbo, with rims and JDM bumpers. (Of course everything is painted and I never shopped on ebay for anything).
I have always hung out with the European crew eversince I had the Civic and none of them called my car "rice".

 

if it looks clean i wont call it rice.

rice = japanese car
ricer = owner of japanese car or motorcycle

i kinda find the term rice to be racist towards asian people.
