You just added like 50 hp to your car's power, if that doesnt make an improvement in your 0-60 time, I dont know what will.
Sounds like your emergency brake has been stuck on as long as you've owned the car.
I dont have tip, but others with tip have put up better times that 10 sec for 0-60. Usually with what you have, its around 7-8.
How are you timing this?

I mash the gas, click the button on the stopwatch, and click it again when i hit 60.

I'll post a vid sometime. it's ridiculous.

Get a boost gauge so we know if you have a major leak. I'm getting mine in the mail today so I can see If I'm having the same problem. I ordered one from glowshiftdirect.com and I'm just going to do a DIY vent install.

I had a boost test yesterday and they said everything was perfectly fine, except for 2 tiny leaks which they fixed.

Oh well, it is what it is. I'm just not sure it was worth the $1,200.

OK, lets figure this out......

1. Have you had the car scanned? lets get the thing vagged in case there are any codes.
2. Have you removed and inspected the plugs?
3.Can you get a boost guage?
4. have you tried the test at a lower altitude to see if there is a difference due to that?

The one thing we can tell you for sure, is that even a stock setup is faster than the times you are posting, so there is something wrong with your car.

Makes no sense.... Have you had your ecu scanned for fault codes lately? You really need a boost gauge. Your probably in limp mode or something. You should be close to 7 seconds or lesswith those mods. Just because you dont have a boost leak doesnt mean you arent overboosting and going into limp mode after a few mins. of driving. Youve already spent $1,200, spend another $50 on a boost gauge because somthin isnt right here

1. Yes - nothing
2. Plugs were replaced about a month ago at the dealer (part of the 40k service)
3. I could, but not right now. Regardless, the boost test showed no problems (other than the small ones they fixed).
4. No i haven't. However, if i'm comparing pre-chip to post-chip to post-chip & FX, it doesn't really matter - i should still see improvement.

I don't think I'm in limp mode - does the turbo even spool up in limp mode? I can hear it, i can feel it. Like i said, it feels great, it's just not showing up in the numbers. Let me get some video later and post it to show you guys.

If it helps, i can feel the turbo come on strong, it just seems like it fades as i move past 4,000 rpms.

Oh, and I can hear some pinging when i floor it in 1st and 2nd gear. It's not that bad, but it's definitely there.

edit - yes, I'm using 91 octane (highest available here).
