If only i didnt have bad brakes and large chrome rims i would have been fine.
Yeah you prolly experienced massive brake fade because of the heavy wheels... bringin' 'er down from 5 mph.
How about "if only I had of being paying attention".

It's okay to admit it. It happens. But the wheel excuse was nothing short of hilarious for me.
Sounds like a great sig line quote.

ETA: Nevermind, it looks like **** in my sig.

I hit that brakes at around 20 and i had maybe 200 ft to slow down. Im saying if i didnt have the wheels i would have stopped faster. But i aslo know taht if i had looked around the corner i wouldnt have hit her. And im not going thru insurance, she goes to my school so she will have trouble getting away with not doing nething, i will check her insurance however my dad doesnt want insurance but her dad does so... The questions is not taht im paying for both but taht is 4k and the bumper only had a small dent, and her grill was smashed and her radiator fan. How does that add up to 4k, im getting their quote tomorrow and i may be taking it to a place of my choice (perhaps a cheap one).

like i said i ahve no problem paying for the damage in the rear its the front that im mad about. She has no proff taht my car (with no damage mind u) pushed her car from a full stop into a SUV in front of her hard enough to break her radiator fan. Maybe if she was touching teh SUVs bumper. But then she would ahve already hit the car in front.

Have the insurance company inspect the damage of all the cars involved and they should be able to determine who was fault. As long as you didnt admit to anything, it will be your words against hers and they will have to base it on the damage alone which would be in your favour by the looks of it. However if there is significant damage to her rear end, then it might not look as good for you. Either way you'll benefit from taking your claim to the insurance company.

Yeah umm... here in Ontario you would likely be free from fixing her front end, if what you are saying is true. If the damage to your front, and here rear is insignificant... then she was following too closely (which is against the law), which means she fixes her front end, and you fix her rear.

yea thats what i was thinking, my dad is completly going against turning it into the insurance, im gonna say that she was following to close, therefore the front is her fault and not pay for it.

haha no i wont, teh girl is kinda quiet and she would be the first person i would go after. And i would be pressing charges definetly and then prolly a civil suit after that to pay for a new car!
