Ok so we are now thinking of going to insurance, and i have pics of the only "damage" to my car.

do u think it is in my best interest to win this to go to insurance? Should i try and fix that before having my car looked at for the damage?

No, leave that how it is... all that has happened is your 5 mile per hour bumpers have done their job, and popped off their clips.

Which sorta proves... that you were goiing around 5 mph... and that she was clearly following to closely, or even rear ended the truck first, and you were clearly following to closely/not paying attention as well... but yeah, I'd say her front end is her fault. No way you hit her that hard.

Take a billion pics of how your car is now. She's obviously full of ****. No way you hit her hard enough to move her into the car in front of her.

Your car can be fixed for like 10 bucks... so don't worry about that. Her rear end, well, gotta pay the piper on that one.

Do u think if insurance is called in that i will be found at fault or do u think they will split it since neither can be proved?

If only i didnt have bad brakes and large chrome rims i would have been fine.
Yeah you prolly experienced massive brake fade because of the heavy wheels... bringin' 'er down from 5 mph.
How about "if only I had of being paying attention".

It's okay to admit it. It happens. But the wheel excuse was nothing short of hilarious for me.
Sounds like a great sig line quote.

ETA: Nevermind, it looks like **** in my sig.
how does it look in mine?

I'm not sure he would have suffered brake fade after just 200ft. Have you checked brake fluid? Normally brake fade is down to the fluid boiling over, and all the air in the fluid making brakes feel squishy. It could be that. They normally have to get pretty friggin hot to fade like that.
