When I purchase my A4 the saleman promised me the world, The fool that I am believed him. I was told whenever I bring in my car for service I can get a loaner car, but when it's time they told me I can't have one because it's only service, when I told them that the saleman promised me they told me they don't have one due to recent incresed in accidence. This kidda p***ed me off.

that sucks that why i love my small town you know every one and they will send you off to drive a new 50k truck just while you have your oil changed

 

BMW honors my mom with a lonor everytime her car is in service.... good job audi

 

Its usually a loaner or a ride. Most dealerships have a shuttle driver to drop off and pickup customers.

 

that sucks, did you go to Cherry Hill Audi? because those dirtbags did something very similar to me, i reserved a loaner when i booked my appointment, then when i got there they make me pay for a rental car... to make a long story short, got shitty serveice never went back, found a new dealer and i get a loaner whenever they are going to have my car for more than an hour (got an A6 last time ). It all depends what dealer you go to, clearly if they don't want to give you a loaner car, they don't give a **** about you and in turn they won't give half a **** about the work they do on your car, just my opinion

 

I always got a brand new S80 when I would take my Volvo S60 in for service. Didn't matter what I was having done. They treated me much better than Audi. It's one of the only things I don't like about Audi. Their customer service sucks ***. I had my A6 in a couple weeks ago for 7 days due to the CAT and mass air flow sensor and they didn't give me sh&t to drive. Good thing I had another car...

 

Why dont you guys stand up for youselfs. if they say they are going to do something they better damn well do it, and if they dont demand something from them such as free service. or go talk to the owner of the dealership and tell them that you were treated like crap and that your going to go find a better dealer. Audi is supposed to be high class than this. force the issue with them.
