Head Lamp Alignment
There are two white plastic phillips screws on the head light but they have little white covers over them. You WILL also need either a VAG com or a factory scanner to adjust the headlamps other wise the headlamps will go back to thier original position after you cylcle the key.
Go to the vertical headlamp control module and go to the basic settings data block 1, adjust the headlamps then go to block 2 and it will say the control module has remembered the position.
This is with the factory scanner im using but the data blocks should be identical to the Vag com.

I asked a similar question before, so here is the link: https://www.audiforums.com/m_412107/tm.htm
In the post, someone posted procedures on how to adjust headlights by VAG COM.

The VAG COM is a downloadable software you can get from www.ross-tech.com that you can use with your laptop computer. Then you have to buy a cable that will attach to your computer to the OBD II connector under the driver's side dash. There is a bunch of places you can buy the cable: e-bay, awe tuning, ect.
