Default Heat wrap.

Has anyone had any experience with insulating their turbo or manifolds? I heard its great for helping with turbo lag.

heat wrap won't stop turbo lag. It will help keep engine bay temeratures down, and thus stop heat soak to a degree...

You can buy the proper stuff, which is like webbing. It is good stuff, and they use that on sports cars. If you want it, use that, rather than the stick on tin foil!
