Some retard threw a plastic bag out there car window and the bag got stuck and wrapped around my nice hot tectonics exhaust system around the flex pipe. i have scrapped most of the bagthat i can get off but the flex part is difficult. now whats the best way to get this crap off?? if i let it burn it self away will it catch fire and cause damage or will it just get really messy?

ps. I'm not a tree hugger either!

 

that is very very unlucky..... I would heat it up with a hair dryer, or lighter and make sure your car isin't damaged as you will be the one burning it off and not the car.......

 

Lol I can picture that happening. Someone threw their drink out the window right in front of me today. I was like WTF mate? I had to swerve to avoid it. Sometime is wish I had the red and blue lights ontop of my car so I could screw with retards like that.

 

Just let it burn/melt off. As long as its just little pieces you dont need to worry about anything other than the smell.

 

it will smell like @## if you let it burn off, had the same thing happen on my old a4 but the bag got stuck onthe transfer case. also i remeber someone threw out a bag full of bags which got stuck on my buddies exhaust on his 96 dodge intrpid. but that thing was like abrick and faired the burning of the bags.
