Hey Everyone-

I just brought my Audi A4 quattro (2004) home tonight and I am excited to start the journey as an Audi owner!

I know this is the DUMBEST SOUNDING QUESTION:


HOW DO I OPEN MY SUNROOF???

I am waiting on the owner's manual to come in from Audi, and for the LIFE of me cannot figure out where the control for the sunroof is... can anyone help?

 

you should have a **** on the interior lights in the ceiling. it's in front of the sunroof. then you turn it to open. push to crack open and pull the close from cracked open.

You were right.. thanks so much. I tried that earlier and it sounded (and it looks) like it was for the air conditioner in the back seat... I am a moron. I am going from a pretty basic 97 honda civic... It's like going from eating hot dogs to Surf 'n' Turf.

i came from a honda too but mine had a sunroof lol. did you also know your car might have a headlight washer that comes up when you have your headlights on and you hold the windshield washer thing for like 4 secs? it's rly cool

 

Lol nope didn't know that! I bought it from car max because it was the only place with the A4 with a 6 speed manual tranny... I hate automatics. I can already tell the difference from my civic. I do not like the lag before the kick though... seems like a second or two goes by before the car decides to floor it.

 

Yeah, I went down and opened it all the way... I'm good. Embarrassed but good lol
