i need help fitting a dump valve blow off valve bov please please please
here is a pic of where you block the return, and where the vacum hose attaches up top on the intake.
so like i said remove the belly pan, black plastic thin on the underside of the car, it has like 6 or 8 plugs that unsrew
find the stock dv it is located by the ac compresser.
remove it, it may be held in by a non resuable clamp, but it looks like the kit has all replacments....
did the kit come with a plug to block the return???
if not you need one...
put the fat end of the new valve in the ruber hose where you removed the stock one....
it may be easer to attach the vacum line befor the install, because it is tight down there..(the small end on your new valve)
run the new line up to the intake and install it..
notes, use jack stands..please
when you plug the return make shure you clamp down on it good.
this is not so easy, take your time...i know you want it in now...put take your time..
again any more questions ....ask

Ok what you need to do is (first place DV on to the T using the small ish silicon pipe and clips).
1. Remove the old DV and use the blanking caps with clips to seal of the pipes.
2. On the right hand side feeding the inlet manifold is a large rubber pipe this is the pipe that you will need to cut and place the large T piece in.
3. Work out how much you want to cut out and mark it buy placing the T-piece up to the pipe allowing for the T to fit in to the black pipe both sides.
4. Remove large black pipe and make your cuts that you marked.
5. Fit T-piece in and re-bolt back in to car but don’t tighten the clips around the T so that you can move it to its final position.
6. Once happy with the position tighten up all the clips.
7.attach the small pipe to the top of the DV and connect it to the old pip nipple on the inlet manifold.
