Default I search but still no answer K04 question.

A couple of questions. Does the pc-16 file require 93 octane?

Also, with k04, pc-16, fmic and all other supporting mods, could 250whp (not crank, to the WHEELS) be achieved?

I did a search and found wildly different answers as to what power that combo would make. Some said as little as 200whp, others said almost 300whp.

It might come down to what supporting mods you have to compliment the turbo and software, As for 93 octane, i would highly recommend running the highest test grade at all times.

Realistically i don t think youll get more than 215 to the wheels

ModifiedA4 on AW has put down 220hp to the wheels on a mustang dyno (known to be generous) w/ stock exhaust , etc. but ported turbo and EM

Supporting mods would include test pipe, exhaust, airbox mod, em/turbo porting, dv, injectors, clutch, pc-16 etc.

From what I've found in my searches, the K04 is the largest turbo a daily driven car would want.
