Keep us posted I would like to know what the problem is/was. I don't think the Box mod is at fault BUT those be some big holes you drilled.........

Dude its not your fault, I decided to do the mod... I just hope my engine isn't fucked..
I am willing to bet it's some sensor that got wet or some lame thing.... just run the codes and keep us posted or PM me......

Do me a favor (this goes for anyone that has done this mod) READ about water injection. There are thousands of people the inject water into there motors for power gains. Anyone that has water injection does so at the intake manifold and it does no harm.





BOTTOM LINE

Your motor could not have been affected by a small amount of water in the intake (like a wet filter) NEVER!

But that would mean that water (not mist) got pasted a oil based filter. Maybe a stock paper filter but not a K&N no way..........

Might be humid air going past the MAF sensor.
